Condo Certificate Ordering Instructions

With our continued commitment to providing superior service to our customers, we are using a state of the art insurance certificate delivery system. provides on-demand, online access for lenders, mortgage brokers, closing agents, attorneys and condo owners who are in need of evidence of insurance (Master Policy) provided through our agency. Please see the instructions below for each type of request.

Lenders, Processors, Brokers, Title/Escrow or Real Estate Agents
If the request involves a refinance, LOC or new loan of any kind, go to to place your order:

  • Register to activate a new user account if you are a first time user.
  • If you already have an account, login using your user name (email address) and the password used when initially creating your account.
  • For assistance with registering or placing an order, email customer support at

Do not redirect the condo owner or buyer to to order certificates on your behalf as it is not their responsibility to place these types of orders.

Condo Owners & Annual Renewal Requests
If you received a letter from your lender requesting an updated annual renewal certificate for an existing property (see above if your request involves a new loan of any kind):

  • Forward a copy of the letter to for assistance with your certificate request.
  • If you already have an user account, login with your user name (email address) and the password used when initially creating your account ( to place a new order.

One customized certificate per year will be available to each unit owner based upon an association’s annual renewal event on or near the renewal date of the association.

Generic Certificates
If a generic certificate is required by the unit owner or the management company for their records, by another insurance agent for a claim or to compare coverage:

  • Contact our office directly in writing and one will be provided.
  • Generic certificates will not include the unit owner or mortgagee clause found on the customized certificates.
