Make a Change

We know that you are busy and don't want to spend a lot of time managing your policy.  You can easily request to add, delete or modify your current coverage by clicking on the links on the left.

You can check the status of your change request by clicking on History of My Requests.  Once the change has been completed, you can even print a copy of the change directly from the copy of your request.

Please be aware that the data entered into online forms cannot be saved if you exit the form prior to its submission. Therefore, please be sure to gather the necessary information before you begin (scroll down to find out what information is required for each type of request). Furthermore, no coverage should ever be considered bound until you have received written or verbal confirmation from our office.

What information do I need?

 

For business insurance:

 

To add/substitute a vehicle, you’ll need:

  1.  Vehicle year, make and model

  2.  Body type

  3.  Vehicle identification number (VIN)

  4.  Title holder

  5.  Gross vehicle weight (GVW)

  6.  Cost new

  7.  Lien holder name and address

  8.  Garage address

 

To delete a vehicle, you’ll need:

  1.  Vehicle year, make and model

  2.  VIN

 

To add/delete a driver, you’ll need:

  1.  Date of birth

  2.  Marital status

  3.  Gender

  4.  License number and state

  5.  License type

 

To add a new premise to your property coverage, you’ll need:

  1.  Premise address

  2.  Construction type

  3.  Number of stories and basements

  4.  Year built (if older than 25 years, year of most recent updates to wiring, roofing, plumbing and heating)

  5.  Square footage occupied and total square footage

  6.  Value of computer equipment, inventory and other personal property, if any

  1.  Name, address and contact information for the mortgage/loss payee

  2.  The description of the property the change applies to
